Obituary

David Harold Smith, 50, of Milton passed away Thursday, October 25, 2007 in Cabell-Huntington Hospital.  Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM, Monday, October 29, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Rev. George Surgeon officiating.  Burial will follow in Milton Cemetery.  He was born July 27, 1957 in Cabell County, WV a son of the late James and Edna Smith.  He was also preceded in death by his brother, Toby.  David was an employee of Wendy’s of Barboursville, Huntington Mall for 15 years.  He enjoyed and was friends with all his co-workers.  He is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Jenkins Smith; daughter, Melanie Dawn Smith at home; two brothers, Gary and Mary Smith of Hurricane and George and Ann Smith of Milton; stepson, Steven Lowery of Tornado, WV; and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 PM on Sunday, October 28, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
