Ada Lee Hunter

Ada Lee Hunter, 94, of Huntington died Wednesday, January 09, 2013. She was born March 9, 1918 in Logan, W.Va. a daughter of the late Willard Pall and Nellie Mae Hopper Baker. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry Hunter, six sisters and three brothers. She was a very active member of Central United Methodist Church and the YWCA. She is survived by her son, Willard Hunter and his wife Carolyn; four grandchildren, Karen Tubert of Huntington, David Hunter and his wife Marsha of Marietta, GA., Kathy Walker and her husband Jimmy of Charlotte, NC and Kristy Hunter of Nashville, TN., seven great grandchildren, Corey and Zachary Hunter, Baylee and Allison Smith, Carly Walker, Mackenzie and Hunter Tubert and a sister Mabel Jordon of Bedford, PA. The great grandchildren will serve as pallbearers. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Klingel-Carpenter Mortuary by Rev. W. Ford Price. Interment will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. Friends may call Saturday, 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Hospice of Huntington or Central United Methodist Church.
