Alexander Augustus Nash, Jr.
(October 9, 1937 - August 6, 2014)



Alexander Augustus Nash, Jr., passed away Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation. Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Monday at Susie Chapel Cemetery. He was born October 9, 1937 in Cabell County, West Virginia, a son of the late Alexander Augustus Nash, Sr., and the late Eunice Lona Paugh Nash. Alexander was a carpenter by trade. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one sister Beatrice Nash Dunkel. He is survived by one daughter, Amy Nash of FL, two grandchildren, Kaitlyn Nash and Austin Nash, two brothers and their spouses: Dan Nash (Georgeann) of South Carolina, David Nash (Dixie) of FL; three sisters and spouses: Betty Nash Hart (Charles) of Barboursville, WV, Phyllis Nash Adkins (Eugene) of FL, Eleanor Nash Perry (Ronald) of FL; his ex- wife Jennifer Adams of South Carolina and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no visitation. Reger Funeral Home is assisting the family.
