Obituary

Nora Alice Plymale Holbrook
(March 14, 1932 - February 10, 2015)



NORA ALICE PLYMALE HOLBROOK, 82 of Ona, W.Va., died at home on February 10, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, February 13, 2015, at Reger Funeral Chapel by Pastor Bernie Riggs. Burial will follow at Docks Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon until service time Friday. Nora was born March 14, 1932, to Garland and Roxie Akers Plymale. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Dolphy Woodrow Dickerson Sr., her second husband Harmon Holbrook, a son Dolphy Woodrow Dickerson Jr., a daughter Alice Darlene Napier, a grandson Jimmie Dickerson and a granddaughter Tammy Napier, as well as one sister, four brothers and one step-brother. Survivors include one daughter Kathy (Leonard) Adkins, one daughter-in-law Lora Dickerson, a son-in-law Ray Napier; a granddaughter Katrina (Scott) Nelson, two grandsons, Raymond Napier and Bryan (Erin) Adkins; four great-grandchildren; Kiley Reid and Logan Scott Nelson, Jackson Arthur and Elliot Mackenzie Adkins. Nora was a loving and caring person who always put her family first. She leaves behind many dear friends who she loved so much and who returned that love.
