Larry Roger McKenzie, 74 of Huntington, WV passed away Tuesday, June 5, 2018 in King's Daughters Medical Center, Ashland, Ky. Larry was born December 24, 1943 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Thomas F. and Gladys Workman McKenzie. He was a self-employed mechanic; and attended Kellogg Church of God Holiness and Oakview Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by one nephew-in-law Carl Gilbert, one nephew Kenneth Gibson and one brother-in-law Sidney Gibson, Jr. He is survived by one brother David L. McKenzie, one sister Mildred Louise Gibson, two nieces Tammie Gilbert, Cindy Powers (Chuck) and one nephew Steve Gibson (Kathy), and a host of great nieces and great nephews and one great great niece and one great great nephew. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM Saturday June 9, 2018 until service time at 1:00 PM at the Reger Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Kenova.
