After serving the Lord her greatest accomplishment was to be a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by granddaughter Deborah Lynn Bradshaw Rakes; great granddaughter Miranda Nicole Armstrong; siblings Willard Coates, Jr. and Maudie Chadwick. Survivors include son Clifton T. Pack; daughters Barbara R. Bradshaw and Phyllis A. Ball; grandchildren Robbie Bradshaw, Teresa Bradshaw Armstrong, Kim Davis, Lee Ball, Shane Pack, Michelle Bloss, Tanika Torres and Josh Ball; 13 great grandchildren; 9 great great grandchildren; siblings James E. Coates, Stanley G. Coates and Regina F. Ball and 8 nieces and 3 nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 pm Thursday at the Reger Funeral Chapel by Brother Thomas Dyer and Brother Willis Mills. Burial will follow in Docks Creek Cemetery, Kenova. Friends may call from 1:30 pm until service time on Thursday at the Reger Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Cabell Huntington Home Health and Dr. Nair.
