James Edward Buckley
(July 3, 1937 - February 22, 2015)

James Edward Buckley, 77, of Salt Rock, WV, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 22, 2015. He was born July 3, 1937 in Pikeville, KY, a son of the late John Kenneth and Ella Gillum Buckley. He was a retired employee of Novamont Chemical. He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Lucas Buckley; three sons and two daughters-in-law, James A. and Donna Marie Buckley of Salt Rock, Len and Debbie Buckley of Ona,WV, and Jack Buckley of Barboursville, WV; three sisters, Lou Clinton of Ironton, OH, Margaret Tinkham and her husband Les of Barboursville, and Patty Gibson of Detroit, Michigan; five grandchildren, Sarah Buckley, James Buckley, Elizabeth Dial, Lindsay Buckley and Adam Buckley; three great grandchildren, Willow Dial, Teghan Morris and Kenzie Morris, and a host of friends, neighbors and relatives. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel with the Rev. Lonnie Wilson and Rev. Chelcie Gibson officiating. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour to the service.
