DAVID LEE EPLING
(September 5, 1967 - January 22, 2017)



DAVID LEE EPLING, 49, of Milton, W.Va., passed away Sunday, January 22, 2017, at his home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, January 27, 2017, at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel with Pastors Kevin Shull and Brian Cardwell officiating. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery. He was born September 5, 1967, in Huntington, W.Va., a son of Juanita Jeannine Ramsey Epling of Milton and the late Jerry Epling. He was a former employee of Justice Supply, The Herald-Dispatch and State Equipment. He had many former school friends from Huntington East High School where he was a trumpet player in the band. He was a loving son, brother and uncle to his family. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Mark Allen Epling and his wife Barbara of La Vergne, Tenn., and Michael Shawn Epling of Milton; three stepdaughters, Paige Varney and her husband Andrew of Seattle, Wash., Megan Howard and her husband Brandon, and Jessica Hensley; two nephews, Dakota Shawn Epling of Milton and Frederick Scott Wells of Florida. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville.
