Troy Lee Toler
(June 16, 1947 - January 27, 2017)


Troy Lee Toler, 69, of Milton, WV, passed away January 27, 2017, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. He was born June 16, 1947, in Harts, WV, a son of the late Roy Ted Toler and Virginia Workman Toler. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Rosa Susan Toler; two brothers, Roy and Fred Toler. He is survived by his daughters, Tina Smith of Ona, and her children, Jessica and Abigail Smith of Ona; Rhonda Jones and her husband, John, of Ona, and their children, Joshua Michael and Troy Allen Jones of Ona; and Vickey Singer of Huntington and her children, Bryan Pennington of Milton, Morgan, Allison, and Chance Singer all of Proctorville, OH; one great-grandson, Hunter; brothers, David Toler of Richmond, VA, Duke Toler of Harts, Paul and Debbie Toler of Chapmanville, and Floyd Toler of FL; sisters, Geri and Buster Blair of South Point, OH, and Ginger and Harvey Maynard of Louisville, KY; companion, Connie Henry; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, January 30, 2017, at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, and from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday at Handley Funeral Home, Danville, with funeral services at 2 p.m. by Rev. Carl Ames. Burial will be in Family Memorial Gardens, Madison.
