Obituary

Curtis Steven Chaney
(August 28, 1959 - October 8, 2017)

CURTIS STEVEN CHANEY, 58, of Crown City, Ohio, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2017. He was born August 28, 1959, in Milton, W.Va., a son of Jack Chaney of Salt Rock, W.Va., and the late Jean Wooten Chaney. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Chaney. In addition to his father, he is survived by two sons, Richard Clark and Tim Smith, both of Huntington; one brother, Daniel Chaney of Salt Rock; two special friends, Donna Shull and Sherry Perry; and a host of grandkids and great-grandkids. There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, October 13, 2017, at Forest Memorial Park, Milton, with Dale Barnett officiating. Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, is in charge of arrangements.
