Sandra L. Hagley
(April 21, 1942 - October 22, 2017)



Sandra Lou Hagley, 75, of Lexington, KY, formerly of Huntington, WV, passed away Sunday, October 22, 2017 in Lexington, KY. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Judy Newsome and Dallas Moore. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park. She was born April 21, 1942 in Huntington, a daughter of Lucille Harless Lewis, of Huntington, and the late Curtis Lee Young. She graduated from Huntington East High School, Huntington Beauty College and Real Estate School. Sandra was a successful realtor, Owner of Loves Pet Shops and owner of neighborhood ceramic shop. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene, Huntington and Clays Mill Baptist Church, Lexington, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert “Buzzy” Hagley and one sister, Nancy Tanner. Also surviving are daughters, Yvonne Cazad Edge (Daniel) of Lexington, KY, and Michelle Cazad Owen (Mike) of Lexington, KY; grandsons, Nickolas and Braxton Edge; sister, Nellie Lawson of Huntington. Heaven received a beautiful angel. Sandy was a devout Christian who loved God, witnessed to all, and served the Lord. Sandy and Buzzy were members of First Church of the Nazarene where they served the children’s bus ministry. They loved the children and made lasting relationships that continued into adulthood. When unable to attend church services, she would read her Bible and listen to ministries online. Sandy was an amazing role model to her family often taking an ordinary moment and turning it into a mission moment. Sandy never met a stranger, she was loving with a gentle, kind spirit.
