Obituary
Virginia G. Sowash “Jenny”, 81, of
Huntington went home to be with the Lord
Saturday, January 26, 2008 at St. Mary’s
Medical
Center.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2008
at Beard Mortuary, Huntington with Pastor Bob Withers officiating.
Burial will follow in
White
Chapel
Memorial
Gardens, Barboursville.
She was born June 28, 1926 in Huntington, a daughter of the late
Lincoln C. and Clara Ethel Everett Linville. She was
also preceded in death by her husband, Roy D. Sowash and one granddaughter,
Erin Beth Knapp. Mrs. Sowash was a member of
Sunset
Chapel
Baptist
Church.
She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Gail Lynne and
David Holley of
Milton and Etta Jean and James Wesley Eagan
of Lesage; three grandchildren, April Boggs and her husband, Andy of
Bridgeport, WV, Amber Goldizen and her husband, Ryan of Keyser, WV and Jenni
Lynne Knapp-Adams of
Huntington; and five great
grandchildren, Austin, Addison, Conor, Cole and Tannen.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, January 27th at the
mortuary.
