Obituary

Marty Lynn Burgess Wright, 53 of Huntington, WV died Thursday Dec. 3, 2009 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Sunday at 1:00 PM at the Apostolic Life Cathedral with Rev. Edwin Harper officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens. She was born Nov. 14, 1956 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Ira Ralph and Norma Harler Burgess. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Wright, a sister, Barbara Poston and two brothers, Robert “Bob” Burgess and David Burgess. She was a lifelong attendee of the Apostolic Life Cathedral.  She is survived by her loving family, a son and daughter-in-law, Dustin and Amanda Lewingdon of Huntington; two grandchildren, Dustin C. Lewingdon, II and Kaileigh Nicole Lewingdon; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Joyce and Larry Stein of Huntington; Nancy and Al Bacon of Barboursville, WV and Jeyenne Burgess of Barboursville; a host of nieces, nephews and friends including a special friend, Linda Hall.
