ARDIE BELL KEENER, 88 of Huntington, WV went home to be with the Lord and her loved ones on Tuesday August 6, 2013 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Beard Mortuary with Rev. Heron Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. She was born December 6, 1924 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late James and Cora Gothard Dennison. She was a member of Fifth Avenue Free Will Baptist Church. She was a loving wife and mother to the late Roy B. Keener her husband and children, Donna Perea and Juno Michael Keener. She was also preceded in death by a several brothers, sisters and two nieces, Lorine Perry and Sharon Chapman. She is survived by her nieces and nephews whom she dearly loved, Garnet Blake of Barboursville, WV; Esther Perry of Ona, WV; Carolyn Murphy of Barboursville; Sue Hensley of Ona; Iva Shaffer of Ona and Ronnie and Cecil Bates of Barboursville. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, a host of friends and extended family including two special great-nephews, Gregory Nance and Ryan Chapman.
