PEGGY JANE WAITE RANSBOTTOM, 92, of Huntington, WV passed away on Sunday August 25, 2013. Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. at Beard Mortuary with Rev. Keith Wiebe officiating. Burial will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. She was born November 30, 1920 in Dines, Wyoming to Allen and Margaret Waite. She was married to Raymond Louie Ransbottom on February 20, 1937 in Ceredo, West Virginia. She worked at Huntington Tent and Awning, Blue Jay Manufacturing, and retired from Huntington Manufacturing after over 30 years of service and was a loyal member of Hand of God Baptist Church. Peggy was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Peggy was preceded in death by husband, Raymond; son, Michael Lee, and siblings, Oakley, Rodney, Glenn, and Hazel Waite and Jan Alexander. Peggy is survived by sons: Raymond Edward and Carla Ransbottom, Garee Allen and Mary Ransbottom, and David Ruel and Suzann Ransbottom; grandchildren: Aimee Gue, Beth Ransbottom Thompson (Bruce), Lisa Hayner (Jay), Aaron Ransbottom (Lori), Mickee Ransbottom (Sherry), David Ransbottom (Cherie), and Joshua Ransbottom; and great-grandchildren: Shayne and Ashley Gue, Samantha and Cameron Hayner, Jake Ransbottom, Matthew, Evan, and Lexi Gottis, Rachel, Luke, Brooke and Cole Ransbottom, Carinne, Lauren, and Maddie Hughes, and Aleetha Ransbottom.
