Lowell A. Caldwell

Lowell A. Caldwell, 77 of Huntington, WV passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Huntington Health & Rehab. Services will be held on Thursday at 1:00 at Bowen Cemetery with Rev. Greg Wells officiating. Burial will follow. He was born June 28, 1939 in Lesage, WV the son of the late Russell and Irene Hughes Caldwell.  In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Lois Sullivan Caldwell and two brothers, Richard and Jim Caldwell. He was a self-employed heavy equipment operator. He attended Trinity Baptist Church. He is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Debbie and Bob Sabin of Proctorville, OH; Peggy and Bruce Mullins of Ironton, OH and Tina and Terry Gallaher of Catlettsburg, KY; a granddaughter, Stacy (Aaron) Porter of Ashland, KY; a grandson, Cory Wayne Mullins of Ironton; a soon to be born great-grandson; a sister and brother-in-law, Cheri and Donald Morrison of Barboursville, WV; a brother, Donald Caldwell of Huntington; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Caldwell of Lavalette, WV and Donna Caldwell of Lesage; his special friends, Ronnie and Bonnie Plybon, Bobby Maynard, Cokie and Raymond Wilks and Billy Perry; a special nephew, Jeff (Chris) Bates and their daughter, Stephanie; a “Special Buddy” Connor Barebo and a host of nieces and nephew.
