Dorothy Lee Sargent Poling Swann, 80, of Huntington, WV. died Saturday April 18, 2009 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM Monday April 20, 2009 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington by the Rev. James Shepherd. Burial will be in Culloden Cemetery. Dorothy was born September 4, 1928 in Culloden, WV., the youngest daughter of the late Hurschel & Kenova Baylous Sargent. She was Baptist by faith. Dorothy was preceded in death by 2 husbands; Lloyd Edward Poling and Clinton Woodrow Swann, 4 sisters & 4 brothers & 1 sister-in-law. She is survived by 1 sister-in-law Bonnie Sargent of Huntington, 2 nieces, 8 nephews, 8 great-nieces & 5 great-nephews, & 1 great great-niece. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Mary's Medical Center or Cabell Huntington Hospital. Friends may call at Chapman's Mortuary from 2:00 until 4:00 PM Sunday April 19, 2009.
