Christina Irene Thomas, 43, of Huntington, WV, died Friday May 13, 2016 in Huntington, WV. Memorial funeral service will be conducted at noon Wednesday May 18, 2016 at Chapman's Mortuary Huntington. Christina was born October 23, 1972 in Springfield, OH, a daughter of Roberta Eancheff Bruce of Albuquerque, NM and the late John Shanklin. She was owner and operator of Rebecca's Lawn Care. She was also preceded by her stepmother, Kathy Shanklin. Survivors include her husband, Ron Thomas, Sr, 2 sons, Donovan Thomas of Huntington and Patrick Padden of Andover, NY, 1 daughter, Rebecca Shanklin of Huntington, 2 step children, Jessica Thomas of Huntington and Ronald Thomas, Jr of Portland, OR, 3 grandchildren, Nathan Childers, Ember Calderon and Ishmael Calderon, Jr all of Huntington, 3 sisters, Elizabeth Shanklin of Seattle, WA, Kelly Bruce of Albuquerque, and Tyra Shanklin-Hicks of South Carolina, and 1 brother, Michael Shanklin of Albuquerque. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Chapman's Mortuary.
