William Christopher Hutchison, 48, of Kenova, WV, died Saturday September 9, 2017 in St. Mary's Medical Center. Graveside funeral service will be conducted 3:00 PM Wednesday September 13, 2017 at Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington, with Pastor Steve Williams officiating. Burial will follow. Chris was born July 21, 1969 in Huntington, WV a son of William Hutchison and friend Penny Curry of Huntington and Barbara Owens Hamsher and husband Andrew of Monroe, NC. Chris worked at Geer Brothers Body Shop. He attended Fourth Ave United Methodist Church in his youth and First Baptist Church of Kenova. Additional survivors include three daughters, Mallory, Hailey and Clara Hutchison and two sons, Trevor Christopher and William Thomas Hutchison all of Huntington, two sisters, Heather Lee McMurtry and husband Patrick of Nashville, TN and Tiffany Dawn Haid and husband Michael of Midlothian, TX, paternal grandmother, Jackie Hutchison of Huntington, grandmother, Joyce Owens of Barboursville, aunt and uncle, Jim and Linda Hutchison of Barboursville, the loving mother of his five children, Jennifer Hutchison of Huntington and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be from 2:30 until service time at the cemetery. Chapman's Mortuary Huntington is assisting the family.
