Obituary


Stephen Wiley Conley, 53, of Glenwood, WV, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 8, 2020, at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. He was born July 3, 1966 in Colorado Springs, Colorado a son of Helga (Wins) Bank of Germany and the late Jerry Conley. Also, he is preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Homer Franklin Lilley Jr. and Shari Monica (Clive) Lilley; his stepfather, Peter Bank, and his nephew, Landon Ray Fetty. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Georgiana Lilley Conley; five children, Emma Grace Hiles of Wheelersburg, Ohio, Franklin Andrew Petty of Scottown, Ohio, Paula Leann Petty of Scottown, Ohio, Jasmine Marie Taylor of Plankton, Maryland, and Stella Mae Petty of Scottown, Ohio.; three sisters and one brother, Lorane S. Bishop and her husband, Gary of Teays Valley, WV, Ronnie Conley and his wife Marcia of MN, Michelle Kaya and her husband Cetin of Germany, and Nicole Heath and her husband Shawn of PA: three sisters-in-law, Christienne Lilley Moore and her husband William (Bill), Tanya King and her husband David, and Roberta Lilley Bias and her husband Eddie; a lot of nieces and nephews; one great nephew; and two great nieces. A memorial gathering will take place from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Friday, March 20, 2020, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, WV. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with the expenses.
