Alma Lee Hensley


Alma Lee (Hunter) Hensley, 84, born September 20,1935, in Beckley, W.Va., to parents Charles and Othella (Nickles) Hunter. She was preceded in death by brothers, Johny, Charles, Cecil and Roy Hunter; a son, Craig Hensley; and two grandsons, Jason and Shawn Hensley. She was the Owner Operator of the former City Linen and Towel Service. Alma attended and belonged to the Seventh-day Adventist Church and believed in being a Beacon of Hope. She is survived by her brothers, Donald(Sherry) Hunter and Bob Goins; sisters Shelia (Lee) Gilbert, Mary Roque, and Kathy(Joe) Crownover; sons, Rick (Nancy), Charles "Chick" (Dixie) and Steve (Donna) Hensley; her daughter, Vicki Thomas; 22 grandchildren; and 48 great-grandchildren. There will be no service at this time. Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington, is assisting the family.
