Obituary
Edward Junior "Frank" HalL,
94, of Florence, KY, formerly of Wayne, WV, widower of Ethel Mae Hall, died
Wednesday, May 25, 2022 in St. Elizabeth Hospice, Edgewood, KY. He was born
May 25, 1928 in Wayne, WV., a son of the late Franklin and Margaret Ward
Hall. He has also been preceded in death by his siblings, Charles, Leora,
Cora, Bety, Dallas, and Orville. Frank was an U.S. Navy and U. S. Army
veteran having signed up on his 16th birthday in the Navy and sailed in the
Pacific during WWII. He was a former scout executive with the Boy Scouts of
America having started with them in 1954 and helped developed Camp Arrowhead
in the 1950's. Survivors include his son, Ritchie "Rick" Hall of Crescent
Springs, KY; two grandchildren, Alex Hall and Nick Hall and wife, Katie
Hall; two great grandchildren, Lyra Hall and Harrison Hall; and two sisters,
Margaret McClellen of Esat Lynn and Eva Maynard of Ocala, FL. Graveside
services will be conducted 1:00 PM Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Caldwell
Cemetery, Lesage, WV.
