Gary Lee Cornett
(March 2, 1964 - May 11, 2022)


Gary Lee Cornett


Gary Cornett, passed away Wednesday May 11th in Huntington WV. He was 58 years old. Gary was born in Harlan Kentucky March 2, 1964 to Charles and Helen Cornett (Osborn). He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Wendi Day Cornett. He is also survived by son, Gary Cornett Jr (Diane), daughter Tiffany Cornett (Pedro), stepsons Herb Sparks (Stephanie) and James Stacy (Lakin). Grandchildren, Kyle, Kimberly, Sage, Shyann, Waylen, Gary, Samuel, Pedro, Harley, Kassandra, Katrina, Jazzlyn and Bella, and numerous nephews and nieces.
Brothers and sisters, Barbara Gray, Pat Neal (Rick), Sherry Rains (Keith), Lavonda Sparks, Arnold Cornett(Candy), Kim Everhart (Patches), and Melissa Sandlin (Nate),
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Charles, and sister Diane.
Gary will be greatly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren and all who knew and loved him. He showed so much love to all of them. They were his greatest joy. Spending time outdoors was his favorite thing to do, Four Wheeling, fishing, and playing with his grandchildren.
A memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at Woodside Cemetery, 1401 S. Woodside Blvd. Middletown Ohio Tuesday at 12:00 pm.
