Donna Kay Foster

Donna Kay Foster, 61, of Huntington, WV, passed away Monday, September 12, 2022, at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington. She was born June 24, 1961 in Louisville, KY a daughter of Warren Oliver and Phyllis Wellman Chandler. She worked in housekeeping and food service. In addition to her parents, survivors include: a daughter and son-in-law, Robin and Jeremy Foster; two sons, Robert Walters and his wife Crystol and Jason Walters and his fiancée Alician Pitts; six grandchildren, Jeremy, Sara, Andrew, Kaylee, Dylan, and Payton; a half-brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Melissa Adams; her companion, Bud Ramey; and the father of her children, Robert Walters. A Celebration of Life will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm Friday, September 16, 2022, at Chapman's Mortuary, Huntington.
