Obituary

Carmie Riddle 90 of Huntington, son of Albert and Minta Cremeans Pratt passed away January 4, 2008 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral Services will be conducted 2:00pm Tuesday at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Rev. Jeffery Wick officiating. Internment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. Carmie was a member of St. Paul’s Luthern Churh of Huntington where he actively worked for 27 years. He was also employed by CCCSO for 38 years. He was preceded in death by beloved wife of 40 yrs Mary Virginia Riddle, one brother Elmer Riddle, two nephews, Willis and Tom Riddle, two sisters, Zelda Dean and Vesta Hensley, two step-granddaughters, Cindy Lee Prince Hassett and Barbara Lynn Prince. Carmie is survived by his beloved step-daughters Carolyn Rakes (Phillip), and Barbara Henson (Tom), 5 granchildren; Robert Prince (Deborah), Randy Prince (Brenda), Sandy Prince ( Ed Smith), Tommy Henson Jr. (Melissa), Michael (Rena), and many great-grandchildren. Many beloved nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews and friends also survive. A special thank you to his grandsons Robert and Deborah, and Randy for their special care giving.
