Obituary

Eileen Aliese Lyons, 81, of Huntington, widow of Claude Lyons, died Monday, March 31, 2008 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation. She was born September 11, 1926 in Huntington, WV a daughter of the late Everett and Magnolia Davis Spurlock. Eileen had been an ordained minister in the Christian Messengers. Services will be 11 am Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington. Interment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters. Survivors include a brother, Raymond Spurlock and his wife Carolyn of Huntington, and a sister, Levada Miller of Orlando FL. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Visitation will be from 10 am until time of service at the funeral home. Mrs. Lyons care and service has been entrusted to Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington, is in charge of arrangements.
