Lillian Marie Finley

LILLIAN MARIE FINLEY, 75, of Huntington, widow of Lawrence Finley, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2009 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral service 11 am Saturday, August 22, 2009 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington. Burial will follow in Mount Vernon Cemetery, Wayne. Lillian was born August 28, 1933 in Wayne County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Chauncey and Ada Mae Roberts. She faithfully attended Christ Temple Church in Huntington. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Clyde and Bill Roberts and 1 sister, Kathleen Roberts. Survivors include two sons, Frankie Roberts and Curtis Roberts of Huntington; 3 brothers, Grover Roberts and James Roberts both of Huntington and Glen (Brenda) Roberts of Kenova; 2 sisters Mae (Sonny) Truitt and Mary (Bud) Truitt all of Orlando, Florida; 5 grandchildren, Frankie L. Roberts, Betty L. Ross, Henry Roberts, Patience Roberts and Jacob Roberts; 6 great-grandchildren. A host of loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends also survive. Visitation will be 6 to 8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
