Thelma Marie Hall
(May 8, 1913 - October 14, 2014)

Thelma Marie Hall, 101, of Barboursville, WV, cherished mother and grandmother, passed away on October 14, 2014. She was born in Columbus, OH on May 8, 1913; a daughter of the late Rheuben Lucas and Cora Marie Combs Lucas. She was preceded in death by her husband Reid Hall. She is survived by her daughters Bette McLaughlin (Carl) and Kitty Alderson (Jim) and her grandchildren Carla DellaValle (Bob), Mark Settle, Stratton Douthat (Sarah) and Christopher Douthat. Also surviving are her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren who knew her as “Great Mother”. She was dearly loved by all who knew her. She was a devoted and caring daughter, wife, mother, sister and aunt. She was a longtime member of Barboursville Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life service will be held later at a private family gathering.
