Frederick Steele Mowry

Frederick Steele Mowry, 79 of Huntington passed away on October 1, 2014 in Huntington Health and Rehabilitation. Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM, October 4, 2014 at Unity Cemetery Latrobe, PA, with Rev. Donald Graff officiating. Frederick was born January 14, 1935 in Latrobe, PA a son of the late Dr. Richard M. and Ruth H Steele Mowry. He was employed for many years with the State of WV and the VA as a Psychologist. He was a past member of the American Psychological Assoc., West Virginia Psychological Assoc., American Personnel and Guidance Assoc. Frederick had a love of Genealogy. He is preceded in death by his parents and one sister Marjorie R. Koenig. Survivors include his older brother Richard M. Mowry, Jr and his wife Mary of Boca Raton, FL along with 5 nieces and nephews. The arrangements for Frederick are entrusted to Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington.
