Billie David Surface
(October 7, 1947 - January 17, 2015)

Billie David Surface, age 67, of Mount Alto, WV, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015 while under the care of the Pleasant Valley Hospital in Point Pleasant.  Born October 7, 1947 in Charleston, he was the son of the late Bill and Betty Jean (Stutler) Surface.  In accordance with Billie's wishes, he will be cremated.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Tri-State Cremation Society.
