Obituary

Jeffrey Louis Smith, 41, of Milton , beloved husband, father, son and brother went home to be with his lord Thursday, September 30, 2004 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.  Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 4, 2004 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with the Rev. Tracy Mills officiating.  Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.  He was born September 3, 1963 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Toby Smith.  He is survived by his loving wife, Toni Myers Smith; mother and step-father, Joyce Jordan Smith Parsons and husband Edward; three sons, Joshua, Caleb and Noah Smith; one daughter, Lakin Smith; on sister, Alisa Mills and husband Tracy; one stet-brother, Craig Parsons; one step-sister, Laynette Pemberton.  Jeffrey will be sadly missed by his family and friends.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, October 3, 2004 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
