Obituary

Johnnie Blake, 84, of Milton, went to his heavenly home on Saturday, November 25, 2006 at Hospice House of Huntington.  Funeral service will be conducted 11 AM, Monday, November 27, 2006 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Burial will follow in Bias Chapel Cemetery.  He was born December 28, 1921 in Mason Co., WV a son of the late John Lewis and Daisy Meadows Blake.  He was a retired farmer.  He was a member of Bias Chapel Church but attended Lawrence Chapel in his later years.  He was also preceded in his death by two sisters, Miriam Powell and Omega Perdue; three brothers, Rufus, David, and Russell Blake; and several nieces and nephews.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM, Sunday at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
