Obituary

Marie Aline Meadows, 80, of Ona went home to be with her Lord Monday, December 3, 2007 at St. Mary’s Medical Center.  Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, December 6, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor George Surgeon officiating.  Burial will follow at Bicker Cemetery, Milton.  She was born September 24, 1927 in Huntington a daughter of the late Walter and Martha Adams Grose.  She was a member of Lawrence Chapel Church.  She is also preceded in death by her husband, Audrey Meadows; one brother and sister-in-law, Lyle and Peggy Grose.  She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Walter and Carolyn Meadows; one daughter and son-in-law, Juanita and Walter Wise; one foster son, Ronnie Hoover and his wife Carol; one brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Mary Grose; eight grandchildren, Tina Adams (Matt), Cheryl Vickers (Brian), Yvonne Fields (Randy), Casandra Diamond, Kimberly Adkins (David), Michelle Chapman (Landy), Angel Adkins and Jessica Hoover; 16 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.  Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
