Obituary

Louella Edwards, 84, of Huntington, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2009 in Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she made her home.    She was born May 20, 1925 in Putnam County, one of a set of triplets to the late Frank and Bertha Mae Wallace Hodges.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Junior Matthew Edwards in 1996; her triplet sisters, Lucille Glenn and Louise Ward; and six brothers.  Surviving are her sons, Dana (Danita) Edwards, Craig and (Jenny) Edwards all of Huntington, Keith (Rosie) Edwards of Morganton, NC; two daughters, Lana (Jerry) Howard of Huntington and Tarry (Billy) Bartram of Hurricane, WV; twelve grandchildren, Rachel Edwards Bellomy, Jenna, Justin, Aaron, Ben and Hannah Edwards, Jessica Baumgardner, Jerry, Melissa, and Jason Howard, Treisha and Cody Adams; fourteen great grandchildren.  She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Virginia Hodges of Huntington, Becky Edwards, Nova Jean Edwards, and Maxine Connor all of Culloden and Opal Vickers of Milton.  Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM, Monday, November 9, 2009 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Rev. Barry Cremeans officiating.  Burial will follow in Culloden Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM, Sunday, November 8, 2009 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
