Obituary

Joyce Irene Maynard was born Sept. 26, 1942 and passed away Oct. 23, 2009, after a long illness. She was born in Kanawha County, WV, the daughter of Darrell Eugene and Anna Marie (Crouch) Caldwell. She was married to James Dorn Maynard, the son of Owen Lindsey and Victoria (Spry) Maynard, on June 27, 1959, at Harts, Lincoln County. To this union were born three children, Olis Ray Maynard, Angela Irene Adkins, Edna Marie Hamm, all surviving. She was preceded in death by her husband, mother and father. Brother; Denver Caldwell, Sisters; Charlotte Caldwell, Jean Shoemaker. She is survived by two grandsons, Christopher Dolin, and his companion Ashley Jackson; Ronald Hamm Jr. and his wife Shannon. Three Great Grandchildren: Eli Hamm, and twins, MaKayla and MaKenzie Dolin.  Brothers: Wayne Caldwell, Al.; Jackie Caldwell, Charleston. Sisters: Janet Mitchell, Hernshaw; Donna Vest, Hernshaw; Debbie Brannon; Kanawha City. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Monday, October 26, 2009 at Pack Cemetery, Attensville, Lincoln County, with Minister Gary Topping officiating.  Burial will follow the service.  There will be no visitation. Heck Funeral Home, Milton is assisting the family.
