Harvey Albert Glover, 72, of Milton passed away Thursday, May 6, 2010 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Charlie Norris officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. He was born June 25, 1937 in Cabell County, WV, a son of Martha Meadows Glover and the late Clydie Glover. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Alice J. Glover and a son, Dexter R. Glover. In addition to his mother, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Lisa and Donald Lucas of Milton; four sisters, Carolyn Adkins, Bonnie Keeton, Kathleen Jenkins and Pauline Workman; four brothers, Carl Glover, Bill Glover, Em Glover, and Randal Glover; grandchildren, Anthony W. and Alicia L. Chapman, Amy L. Glover, Todd A. Glover and Chad A. Glover Davis; step-grandchildren, Donald S. Lucas, Meghan M. Lucas and Zachary T. Lucas; one great grandchild, Donavan B. Chapman and a host of nieces and nephews. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Heck Funeral Home.
