Clifford Danford Bledsoe, 77, of Milton, passed away Monday, March 28, 2011 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 31, 2011 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Paul Meadows officiating. Burial will be at a later date. He was born August 19, 1933 in Milton, WV a son of the late Ezra A. and Ruth (Payton) Bledsoe. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Cleo Bledsoe. He was retired from the wheel and axle department of ACF Industries. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Clifton Dewain and Connie Bledsoe of Culloden; brother, Tuey and Betty Bledsoe of Milton; sisters, Piney and Bryan “J.B.” Venoy, Emma Sue and Carlton Shepherd all of Milton, and Leoma and Bobby Venoy of Ona; grandsons, Stacey and Brent Bledsoe; and a very special friend, Mary Adkins. Visitation will be from noon to 2 PM on Thursday, March 31, 2011 prior to the service at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
