Stewart “Lee” Fisher, 85, of Milton went home to be with the Lord Monday, August 31, 2015 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington. He was born August 22, 1930 in Cabell County, WV, a son of the late Estel Stewart and Mary Hogsett Fisher. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Jack David Fisher and William James Fisher. Lee was a member of Fairview Primitive Baptist Church and was retired from BASF after 25 years. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lora Templeton Fisher; sister-in-law, Polly Fisher; aunt, Lorene Hogsett; niece, Judy (Frank) Brickhouse; nephew, James (Billie) Fisher; numerous cousins and his church family. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, September 3, 2015 at Heck Funeral Home with Elders Harold Johnson, Tony Edwards and William Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Templeton Cemetery, Dudley Gap, Milton. The family would like to thank the staff at hospice house for their care.
