FERRELL CLARK
(June 13, 1914 - April 3, 2009)

FERRELL CLARK, 94, of Charleston, WV, formerly of Pea Ridge, passed away Friday, April 3, 2009 in South Charleston, WV. He was born June 13, 1914 in Lenore, WV, the son of the late James C. and Sophia Ferrell Clark. He was retired from the Veterans Administration where he was a Contact Representative. He was a Veteran of the Army Air Corp in WWII, where he was a member of the 29th Air Squadron; a member of Pea Ridge United Methodist Church, the Kenova Lodge #110, A.F. & A.M., a volunteer helper with Boy Scout Troop #62 of Pea Ridge United Methodist Church. Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at the HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Monday, April 6, 2009 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Springhill Cemetery where the VFW Post 9738 will conduct graveside rites. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Eileen King Clark (1997), five sisters and two brothers. He is survived by two sons, James K. and Debbie Clark,; Hinton, WV; Walter F. and Sallye Clark, Charleston, WV; three grandchildren, Tom and Jennifer Clark, Charleston, WV; Jamie and Mandy Clark, Hinton WV; Kristi Clark, Alpharetta, Ga.; two Great-grandchildren, Cora And Catie Clark.
