JEAN S. BROOKOVER
(November 13, 1927 - January 17, 2010)

JEAN S. BROOKOVER, 82, of Huntington, passed away, Sunday, January 17, 2010 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born November 13, 1927 in Sistersville, WV, the daughter of the late Joe and Ruth Norcross Sutton. She was a member of the Kuhn Memorial Presbyterian Church, Barboursville. She was also a member in good standing in the 12 Step Group for 30 years. She was preceded by her husband Harold R. Brookover and one granddaughter. She is survived by one son Wade Brookover, of Indian Trail, NC, two daughters; Sue Stilwell, of Huntington, Robby Jo Barton of Martinsburg, WV, and five grandchildren. A memorial gathering will be held Wednesday, January 20, 2010, 7:00 P.M at HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE. At the family’s request, In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Hospice House. Henson Mortuary is assisting family.
