ANN S. WOOKEY
(June 16, 1940 - January 17, 2010)

Ann S. Wookey, 69 of Barboursville, passed away, Sunday, January 17, 2010 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born June 16, 1940 in Charleston, WV. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, January 22, 2010 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville with Rev. Dr. John Sauvage officiating. Burial will follow at Woodmere Memorial Park. She was a member of the Steele Memorial United Methodist Church Single and More Class. She helped in the delivery of meals to the less fortunate through Steele Memorial United Methodist Church.  She was also a Nurse LPN and was instrumental in organizing the union #1199 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She is survived by her loving Benjamin Fallin Wookey; three sons, Chris McCallister, Leigh McCallister and Tony McCallister; three sisters, Phyllis Williams, Wanda Proctor and Rita Rodriguez; three brothers, Jimmy Harris, David Harris and Randy Harris; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Henson Mortuary, Barboursville is handling the arrangements for the family.
