Billy L. A. Scott, 79 of Huntington, WV, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015. He was born October 11, 1936 in Huntington, W.Va. He was a retired Police Officer, Barber and United States Army Veteran. He is survived by two sons, Billy Scott Jr. of Hawaii, Christopher Scott of Huntington, W.Va. and one daughter, Patricia Ann Daniels of Huntington, W.Va. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Monday, March 30, 2015 at Full Gospel Assembly, Huntington, W.Va. with Bishop Samuel R. Moore officiating. Burial will be in the Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery; Charleston, W.Va. Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va. is caring for the family.
