Janet Lee Wise Foye, 62 of Huntington, W.Va died, Sunday, December 17, 2017 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born April 25, 1955 in Huntington, W.Va. the daughter of Gilbert Wise of Huntington, W.Va. and the late Doris Cook Wise. She was a homemaker. She is survived by a son, Stephen Foye; two daughters, Amy Hutchinson and Samantha West; five sisters, Debbie Boltz, Beverly Wolford, Regina Vanscoy, Tina Chinn; all of Huntington, W.Va. and Karen Herr of Whitesburg, KY. Funeral services will take place on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11 am at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va. with Ronnie Adams officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services on Friday at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Rosemont Memorial Gardens Huntington, W.Va.
