Betty Beasley Hammond, 59 of Huntington, W.Va. formerly of Red Jacket, W.Va., passed away, Saturday, December 16, 2017 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was born April 3, 1958 in Grundy, VA. the daughter of the late, Fred and Jacqueline Sue Lockhart Beasley. She was a homemaker and member of Family Life Worship Center. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Rose Triplett and one brother, Charles Beasley. She is survived by her caregiver and loving sister, Nancy L. Beasley of Huntington, W.Va; one brother-in-law, Paul Hammond; two special aunts, May Belle Lester and Margie Hickman and a host of family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, East Pea Ridge Rd. Huntington, W.Va. near Barboursville with Rev. Todd Munson, Rev. Joey Crum and Rev. Randy Casey officiating. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, W.Va. The family will receive friends from 11-1 PM on Tuesday at the mortuary.
