Marcia Ann Sullivan Mullins, 63 of Huntington, W.Va. passed away, Sunday, January 29, 2017 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, W.Va. She was born April 3, 1953 in Huntington, W.Va. the daughter of the late Harvey and Shirley Eshem Sullivan. She was a 1971 graduate of Barboursville High School, a homemaker and member of the former 20th Street Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Richard Allan Mullins of Huntington, W.Va; children, David Mullins and fiancé Brittany Johnson, Ann Bryant (Michael) and Joel Mullins all of Huntington, W.Va; one brother, Jay Sullivan of Barboursville, W.Va; three grandchildren, Kevin Bryant, Kyle Bryant and Channing Hastings.
