Carrie Lynn Lewis, 38 of Huntington, W.Va. passed away, Tuesday, Oct 3, 2017 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born Oct 8, 1978 in Huntington, W.Va. the daughter of C. Roger and Candy F. McVickers Lewis of Huntington, W.Va. She was a class of 2000 graduate of Cabell-Midland High School where she was instrumental in creating a student disability awareness program called “Students Helping Students”. In addition to her parents, Carrie is survived by her sister, Becky Lewis (Chuck) Curry of Barboursville, W.Va. and her twin sister, Beth M. Lewis of Huntington, W.Va; one brother, Daniel “Danny” and (Candace Knight) Lewis of Hurricane, W.Va; nieces and nephews, Haley, Taylor and Chase Curry and Brenden, Xander and Zane Lewis and a special caregiver, Jocelyn Page. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 PM on Friday, Oct 6, 2017 at Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, W.Va. with Dr. Jeremy Shaffer officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Friday at the mortuary.
