Jimmy Eugene Mays, 71 of Milton, WV went to be with the Lord on Monday, February 19, 2018 in Centerburg Respiratory Care, Centerburg, OH. He was born April 7, 1946 the son of James G. and Bettalee (Krantz) Mays of Proctorville, OH. He was the owner of Mays Fence Company, Inc. and was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Leigh Short Mays of Milton, WV. Arrangements are incomplete at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, Huntington, WV near Barboursville.
