Thomas David Mollett, 66, of Ona, WV went to be with the Lord on May 28, 2018. Tom was born December 1, 1951 in Ashland, KY and grew up in South Point, OH. Tom was a graduate of South Point High School class of 1969 where he graduated with honors. He was also a graduate of the West Virginia Police Academy and St. Mary's School of Nursing. He volunteered at the Culloden Volunteer Fire Department in the 1980's and 1990's. Tom served as a nursing supervisor at Putnam General Hospital. He was preceded in death by his father Ralph Mollett. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Patricia Miller Mollett of Ona, WV; daughter Rebekah (Scott) McCullers of Winder, GA; son, Jay (Amy) Mollett of Monroe, GA; daughter, Jennifer Mollett of Ona, WV; mother, Wanda Mollett of Greensboro, GA; sister, Terri (Dale) Carico of Greensboro, GA; grandchildren, Michael and Elizabeth McCracken, Kendel Mollett, Bradley Chapman, Trey Riley, and Issac Mollett; and special family friend Greg Adkins. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 6-8pm at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary. Funeral services will be conducted at 1pm on Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 East Pea Ridge Road, Barboursville, WV, with Rev. Angela Gay Kinkead officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Park, Huntington, WV.
