Jack W. Fulks, Sr.
February 7, 1932 - June 15, 2010



Jack W. Fulks Sr., 78, of Huntington, died Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at his residence. He was a retired carman of both the Raceland and Huntington carshops for CSX Transportation, formerly the C & O Railroad. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, June 18, 2010 at Klingel Carpenter Mortuary. Interment will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park. Jack was born February 7, 1932 in Huntington, a son of the late Samuel and Agnes Peters Fulks. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Joan Neal Henson Fulks; six brothers, Sam, Bob, Bill, Charles, Edward and Rabert Fulks and by a sister, Pauline Waltrip. He is survived by six children, Roger D. Fulks, Jack W. Fulks Jr., Tammy J. Fulks, Kathy, Karren and Kim Tye; one granddaughter, Sierra Dawn Fulks; one brother, Pat Fulks and a special friend, Sally May. It is suggested memorial contributions be made to his granddaughters trust fund c/o Morehead Community Federal Credit Union payable to Roger Fulks, P.O. Box 945, Morehead, KY 40351. Visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 17, 2010 at the funeral home.
