Katherine Pendleton Ellis
(July 19, 1928 - November 1, 2014)

Katherine Pendleton Ellis, 86, of Huntington, WV died peacefully at her home on Saturday Nov. 1. She was born July 19, 1928 in Huntington, WV. She was the daughter of E.O. Pendleton and Ethel Creasy Pendleton. She is survived by her husband Keith B. Ellis, sons Mark and Terry Ellis, daughters-in-law Jan Meadows Ellis and Lisa Gibson Ellis; grandchildren Cassie Ellis Oakes, Emmy Ellis, Bryce Ellis, Tyler Ellis, Katelyn Ellis Mann, Sarah Ellis, Alex Moss, Trevor Ellis, and Michael Ellis; great-grand children Ellis Oakes, Alaire Oakes, Tristan Ellis, Scarlett Ellis, Carter Mann, and many other family and friends. Visitation will be held Tuesday Nov. 4th 6-8pm at Klingel Carpenter Funeral Home. Funeral will be held Wednesday Nov. 5th at 11am at Klingel Carpenter funeral home. Interment will follow in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to New Baptist Church of Huntington or Hospice of Huntington.
